Car balancing check

Past week has sent my birdie for rim check. On highway especially reach 80kmh, can feel it’s shaking like earthquake. The check is done at Sunway, Subang Jaya cost me Rm165.00 as following:

Repair Rim 14”
3 x 25.00

Wheel Alignment FR
1 x 15.00

Wheel Balancing Alloy Rim
1 x 5.00

Adjust Front Chamber (L/H)
1 x 25.00

Front Chamber Nut (R/H)
1 x 45.00

During the installation - that's not my rim...
